Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not store a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A direct message gives us only the details you choose to send, which are used to answer that contact.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps diagnose faults and show which material visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
How the Data Is Used
Limited visitor data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to government portals, records offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company with its own data practices.
When Data May Be Shared
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us, while analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. Data may also be disclosed in response to valid legal process. We do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
How Information Is Safeguarded
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are retained only as needed for the purposes stated here. Since visitor accounts are not offered, the site holds no account password or user profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have sent personal information so it can be removed.
Your Data Rights
California consumer privacy rules may provide rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a covered business. Because we keep little visitor data, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page for that purpose. Government records held by Redondo Beach, Los Angeles County, or California agencies remain outside our control, so correction or access requests must go to the proper custodian.
Updates to This Policy
A revised policy will appear here when changes are made. Using the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
